NEW VISION FELLOWSHIP: Broken People Becoming Whole

Who Are We?

Our Vision as a Church

God has chosen to partner with us in his plans to impact the world.  As a church, New Vision Fellowship is a place where God has asked for nothing more than obedient followers who will answer the call to express their faith through actions in the community.  For a period of time, our church was in a holding pattern, with an expectation that something was coming in which we could engage, but, in a sense, waiting to be a church.  God very clearly shared a vision with us in 2014 that it was time to stop waiting to be a church and time to start being a church – this is our call to ACTION. We have chosen to be obedient – we have stopped being spectators and engage in ways to express our faith. This involves seeking ways to make a difference in the world.

Our main focus is on relationship:  Relationship with God, relationship with one another in our church community, and relationship with those in the world around us.  We endeavor together to become more like Christ in our individual lives, and realize that we can’t grow alone.  As a community putting our faith to action, we encourage each other to be people who give without expecting to get anything back in return, except the assurance that God is pleased as we live out our faith.

When you come to a worship service at New Vision Fellowship you will find meaningful, heartfelt worship and teaching that is applicable to real life.  This church is made up of people who are focused on being transformed, always accepting where each person is in their own personal life and growth, but at the same time challenging one another to reach for greater potential and deeper relationships with Jesus, with each other, and with others in the larger community. We grow together, laugh together, hang out together, weep together, serve together, and support each other through every phase of life.  If you are looking for a vibrant community that is on the cutting edge of social justice and values relationship above all else, please come visit us on Saturday evening; our services begin at 6:00 p.m.

We are a Free Methodist church. To find out what this means for our community, visit the Free Methodist page.
